Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 4 cups fresh peaches peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
For the Topping
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Method
 

Prepare the Peach Base
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, lemon juice, and granulated sugar. Toss until the peaches are evenly coated.
Make the Topping
  1. In another bowl, mix together the oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly.
  2. Spread the peach mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Evenly sprinkle the topping mixture over the peaches.
Bake the Crisp
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the peaches are bubbling.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
