Prepare the Peach Base
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, lemon juice, and granulated sugar. Toss until the peaches are evenly coated.
Make the Topping
- In another bowl, mix together the oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly.
- Spread the peach mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Evenly sprinkle the topping mixture over the peaches.
Bake the Crisp
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the peaches are bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
