Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon about 6 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Garnish
  • 1 lemon lemon slices for serving
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Oven and Salmon
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the olive oil mixture over each fillet.
Bake the Salmon
  1. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
Serve
  1. Serve the salmon warm, garnished with lemon slices and chopped parsley.
  2. Enjoy with your choice of sides, such as steamed vegetables or rice.
