Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
For the Topping
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Method
 

Prepare the Cookie Base
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture until just combined.
Add Toppings and Bake
  1. Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and chopped walnuts into the cookie dough.
  2. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
