Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the peanut butter and milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Spoon the jelly or jam evenly over the top of the batter. Do not mix; let it sit on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the cobbler to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
