For the Base
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple diced
  • 1 cup kiwi peeled and sliced
For the Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

Method
 

Prepare the Fruit
  1. Wash and slice the strawberries, then place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the blueberries, diced pineapple, and sliced kiwi to the bowl with the strawberries.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the honey lime dressing over the fruit mixture in the bowl.
  2. Gently toss the fruit and dressing together until all the fruit is evenly coated.
  3. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving for a refreshing treat.
