Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 1 pound chicken breast boneless, skinless
  • 4 cups broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for grilling chicken
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley or fresh if available
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
  4. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Prepare the Broccoli
  1. While the chicken is grilling, steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Season the broccoli with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce
  1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning as needed.
Assemble the Bowls
  1. In each bowl, add a portion of steamed broccoli.
  2. Top with sliced grilled chicken.
  3. Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the top.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
