Ingredients

  • 2 cups radishes sliced thinly

Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced radishes and mixed salad greens.
  2. Toss lightly to mix the greens and radishes evenly.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Combine the Salad
  1. Pour the dressing over the radish and greens mixture.
  2. Toss the salad until all ingredients are well coated with the dressing.
Add the Toppings
  1. Gently fold in the halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped parsley.
  2. Ensure the toppings are evenly distributed throughout the salad.
