Prepare the Filling
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
- Drain any excess fat, then stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Remove from heat and mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
Assemble the Rollups
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough from the wide end to the pointed end, sealing the edges.
Bake the Rollups
- Place the rollups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with melted garlic butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce or on their own!
