Ingredients
  

For the Rollups
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter melted
For the Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
  2. Drain any excess fat, then stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
Assemble the Rollups
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles.
  3. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll the dough from the wide end to the pointed end, sealing the edges.
Bake the Rollups
  1. Place the rollups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Brush the tops with melted garlic butter.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce or on their own!
