Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 2 cups apples diced
  • 2 cups pears diced
For the Topping
  • 1 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice to prevent browning
For the Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Fruits
  1. Wash and dice the apples and pears into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place the diced fruits in a large mixing bowl.
Add Toppings
  1. Chop the walnuts and add them to the bowl with the fruits.
  2. Drizzle honey and lemon juice over the fruit mixture.
Mix and Serve
  1. Gently toss all ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Spoon the salad into individual serving bowls or a large serving dish.
  3. Garnish with chopped fresh mint on top before serving.
