- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Add the cut croissant pieces to the mixture and gently fold until the croissants are well coated.
- Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to allow the croissants to soak up the custard.
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour the croissant mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the mixed berries on top of the croissant mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the custard is set.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar and serving.
