Prepare the Ingredients
- In a crockpot, place the chicken breasts at the bottom.
- Add the white beans, chicken broth, diced onion, diced green bell pepper, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and corn on top of the chicken.
Cook the Chili
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- After cooking, remove the chicken breasts and shred them using two forks.
- Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot and stir well to combine all ingredients.
Serve
- Ladle the chili into bowls.
- Top each serving with sour cream, shredded cheese, chopped cilantro, and a lime wedge.
