Crockpot Rotel Dip With Ground Beef

Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 1 pound ground beef browned and drained
  • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 package cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
For Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Beef
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Transfer the browned beef to the crockpot.
Add Ingredients
  1. Add the can of Rotel tomatoes and softened cream cheese to the crockpot.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses until well combined.
Cook in Crockpot
  1. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  2. Check for desired consistency and heat before serving.
Serve
  1. Once the dip is heated through and creamy, serve immediately.
  2. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
