Prepare the Bread
- Cut the Italian bread into bite-sized cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Cook in Crockpot
- Transfer the bread mixture into the crockpot, spreading it out evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, or until the bread is warm and the cheese is melted.
Serve
- Once cooked, remove the lid and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley on top before serving.
