Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 2 loaves Italian bread cut into cubes
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
For the Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Bread
  1. Cut the Italian bread into bite-sized cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the bread cubes and toss to coat evenly.
Combine with Cheese
  1. Add the mozzarella and parmesan cheese to the bowl with the bread cubes. Mix until well combined.
Cook in Crockpot
  1. Transfer the bread mixture into the crockpot, spreading it out evenly.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, or until the bread is warm and the cheese is melted.
Serve
  1. Once cooked, remove the lid and let it cool for a few minutes.
  2. Sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley on top before serving.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious pull-apart bread!
