Crockpot Angel Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts chicken breasts
  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
For the Topping
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping
  • 1 cup cooked rice for serving

Method
 

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the dry ranch dressing mix evenly over the chicken.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  6. Shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks and mix it into the sauce.
  7. Serve the chicken over cooked rice and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
