Ingredients
  

For the Cauliflower
  • 1 large cauliflower cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Topping
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Cauliflower
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
Roast the Cauliflower
  1. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
Add the Parmesan
  1. After 20 minutes, remove the cauliflower from the oven and sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese evenly over the florets.
  2. Return to the oven and roast for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Garnish and Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
