- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced celery, halved grapes, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Mix well until all ingredients are coated.

- In a separate bowl, mix the crumbled crackers and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Sprinkle the cracker and cheese mixture evenly over the chicken salad base.
