Prepare the Ingredients
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the crumbled breakfast sausage until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
Cook the Eggs
- In a bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the egg mixture into the same skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring gently until the eggs are set but still soft, about 3-5 minutes.
Assemble the Sliders
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Layer the cooked sausage over the buns, followed by the scrambled eggs, and then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Add the Topping
- Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese layer.
- Brush the melted butter over the top of the buns and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Bake
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the buns are golden brown.
Serve
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Cut into individual sliders and enjoy!
