Ingredients
  

For the Sliders
  • 12 slider buns slider buns
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage crumbled
  • 8 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon milk
For the Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
For the Topping
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the crumbled breakfast sausage until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
Cook the Eggs
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Pour the egg mixture into the same skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring gently until the eggs are set but still soft, about 3-5 minutes.
Assemble the Sliders
  1. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  2. Layer the cooked sausage over the buns, followed by the scrambled eggs, and then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Add the Topping
  1. Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese layer.
  2. Brush the melted butter over the top of the buns and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Bake
  1. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the buns are golden brown.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Cut into individual sliders and enjoy!
