Method
Prepare the Turkey
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Rub the marinade all over the boneless turkey breast, ensuring it's well coated.
Cook the Turkey
- Place the seasoned turkey breast in a roasting pan.
- Pour the chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce around the turkey in the pan.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Make the Sauce
- While the turkey is cooking, combine the remaining chicken broth and hot sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to a simmer and let it reduce slightly for about 10 minutes.
Rest and Serve
- Once cooked, remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the sliced turkey with the sauce drizzled over the top.
