Prepare the Dough

- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Let the Dough Rise
- Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Shape and Prepare for Toppings
- Once risen, punch down the dough and transfer it to a greased baking sheet. Stretch it out gently to fit the pan.
- Dimple the surface of the dough with your fingers to create small indentations.
Add Toppings
- Evenly distribute the sliced apples over the surface of the dough.
- Sprinkle the chopped rosemary and sea salt over the apples.
Bake the Focaccia
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake the focaccia for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with olive oil. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
