Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken legs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Marinade
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken legs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat the Air Fryer
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Place the marinated chicken legs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook the chicken legs for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
  3. Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) before removing them.
Serve
  1. Let the chicken legs rest for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Serve with your choice of sides and enjoy!
