Instructions

  1. Rinse the cranberries and discard any that float. Dice jalapeños and red onion finely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cranberries, jalapeños, red onion, and sugar. Mix well until evenly coated.
  3. Squeeze in lime juice and stir to combine.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, taste and adjust seasoning with additional lime juice or sugar if desired. Stir in cilantro just before serving if using.
