- 1 batch of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out pizza dough to about 1/4 inch thick and cut into triangles or squares.
- Place cut dough pieces on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush each piece with olive oil.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each chip, then sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese.
- Add Italian seasoning and top with pepperoni slices if desired.
