  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp red food coloring (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp green food coloring (optional)
  • 12 candy eyes

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and tools at your workstation.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, simmer the heavy cream. Remove from heat and pour over the chopped dark chocolate. Stir until smooth.
  3. Chill the ganache in the refrigerator for about two hours until firm.
  4. Once chilled, scoop the ganache into balls using a melon baller, then roll them into smooth spheres.
