  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Slice the tops off the bell peppers and scoop out the seeds.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, then sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  4. Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in diced tomatoes, cooked rice (if using), Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  6. Stuff each bell pepper generously with the turkey mixture.
  7. Place peppers upright in the baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 25 minutes.
