- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Marinate the sliced flank steak in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil. Stir-fry the broccoli for about 3 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
- Push the broccoli to one side of the pan and add the marinated beef to the other side. Cook for about 5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the pan and stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour any remaining marinade over the mixture and toss well.
