  • 4 bone-in turkey thighs (about 2 lbs)
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together apple cider, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, sage, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat dry the turkey thighs and rub them generously with olive oil. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
