- 4 bone-in turkey thighs (about 2 lbs)
- 1 cup apple cider
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together apple cider, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Pat dry the turkey thighs and rub them generously with olive oil. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Spread sliced onions in a baking dish as a bed for the turkey.
- Place the seasoned turkey thighs on top of the onions and pour the marinade over them.
