Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Boil sweet potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15–20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  3. In a bowl, mash the sweet potatoes with melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth. Spread into the prepared dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix pecans, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle this over the sweet potato mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
