- 1 can (5 oz) high-quality canned tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter for cooking
- In a bowl, mix drained tuna, mayonnaise, green onions, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay one tortilla flat; sprinkle half with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Spoon an even layer of the tuna mixture over the cheese, then top with more cheese. Fold the tortilla in half.
