  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, eggs, green onions, garlic, and pepper. Mix well but do not overwork.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. For the sauce, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, ginger paste, and cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened.
  5. Toss the baked meatballs in the sauce; simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Serve over steamed rice or noodles garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
