  • 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Boil peeled and cubed sweet potatoes for about 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain and mash until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes with granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter, eggs, milk or cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until well combined.
