  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  2. In another bowl, toss strawberries with sugar and lemon juice. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle cornstarch over strawberries, mix well.
  4. Roll out half the pie crust and place it in a pie dish. Fill with strawberry mixture and cover with the second rolled crust.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbling. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
