Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, and mozzarella until well blended.
  2. Generously butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
  3. On the unbuttered side of one slice, add a generous amount of the spinach-artichoke filling. Top with the other slice (buttered side facing out).

  5. Flip gently using a spatula and cook for an additional 3 minutes until both sides are crispy and cheese is melted.
  6. Cut diagonally and serve immediately.
