  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage until crumbly (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add diced onion and chopped celery; sauté until tender (about 5 minutes).
  4. Stir in chopped kale and herbs; cook until wilted (about 3 minutes).
  5. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes with the sautéed mixture. Gradually add chicken broth while tossing gently until moistened. Mix in eggs.
  6. Transfer to the baking dish and bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
