  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup sugar and 2 tbsp water over low heat, stirring until dissolved. Cook until golden brown, then pour into ramekins to coat the bottoms.
  3. Blend pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
  4. Pour the flan mixture over the caramel in each ramekin.
  5. Place ramekins in a baking pan filled with hot water to create a water bath and bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  6. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
