  • 6 oz strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 2 cups boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels with melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes until golden. Allow cooling completely.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with remaining sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip until fully blended.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
  5. Dissolve strawberry Jell-O in boiling water as per package instructions and stir in sliced strawberries.
  6. Pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Slice and serve chilled.
