  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat dry. Season generously with salt and pepper inside and out.
  3. In a bowl, mix hot honey, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, and brown sugar until combined.
