  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mincing the garlic.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown (about 6 minutes). Remove from skillet.
