  • 2 tbsp Southwest seasoning blend
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • Juice of 2 limes (approximately 4 tbsp)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.

  6. Shred the chicken using two forks directly in the pot and stir to combine.
