Instructions

  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and fold until just combined; avoid overmixing. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Spoon batter into muffin tins, filling each about two-thirds full. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
