  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the lasagna noodles as per package instructions until al dente; drain and lay flat on parchment paper.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Poach in boiling water for 15-20 minutes until cooked, then shred using two forks.
