- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup diced bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the bell peppers and onion.
- Cook the orzo in a large pot of salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
