  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add cabbage and garlic; sauté until wilted (about 5 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut pockets into each chicken breast and stuff generously with the cabbage mixture.
  4. Dredge stuffed chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Place chicken in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
