  • 9 oven-ready lasagna noodles
  • 6 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 8 oz bacon or sausage (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon or sausage until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté the spinach in the same skillet until wilted; set aside.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. In a greased baking dish, layer three noodles followed by half of the egg mixture, then half of the meat and spinach mixture. Repeat layers.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle cheddar on top, and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
