- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
