  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  2. Stir in the black beans, sweet corn, cumin, and chili powder. Cook for about 3–5 minutes until heated through.
  3. Place one tortilla on a clean surface, spoon filling on half of the tortilla, and sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Fold the tortilla in half and place it in a preheated skillet. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Remove from heat, slice into wedges, and serve hot with sour cream or salsa.
