  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup fresh lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 lb rib-eye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all ingredients.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté diced onion until translucent. Stir in minced garlic for about 1 minute.
  3. Season rib-eye with salt and pepper; add to the skillet and sear until browned but not fully cooked.
  4. Pour marinara sauce over the steak mixture; let simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with chopped basil, salt, pepper, and half of the grated Parmesan until smooth.
  6. In a baking dish, layer a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom followed by noodles, ricotta mixture, lobster meat, mozzarella slices. Repeat layers ending with meat sauce topped with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before slicing.
