  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter with both sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop tablespoons of dough onto lined baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden around the edges but soft in the center.
