Instructions

  2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined; a few lumps are fine.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top (about 2 minutes), then flip and cook for an additional minute until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
