  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, half of the Parmesan, and spinach until well combined.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce in the baking dish, add half the ziti, then half the cheese mixture. Repeat layers and finish with remaining sauce and cheeses on top.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
