- 1 cup fresh pumpkin puree
- 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth (warmed)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 6 fresh sage leaves
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
